My story
I was born in the paddocks . My father was a mechanic in the karting world, and I grew up surrounded by engines, circuits, and dreams of speed. At 22, meningitis almost ended everything. I survived, and it gave me a second wind.
In 2014, I founded Motors Formula Team, with one conviction: to make motorsport more accessible, more inclusive, and more human.
My job as a manager is to identify talent, support them, and believe in them before anyone else. And above all, to build them a solid path to success. My driving force is their success.
