Marcella Assumption

At just 12 years old, Marcella Assumpção is already a rising star in international karting. Brazilian, passionate, and displaying a rare maturity, she has accumulated podiums and titles in the biggest competitions in her category, while regularly being the only girl on the starting grid.

FIA Girls on Track Brazil champion, OPEN BR winner and multiple runner-up in the highly contested Copa SP KGV, Marcella stands out with her daring driving, unwavering determination and natural media presence.

Her goal is clear: to reach the highest levels of motorsport and prove that performance, rigor, and courage have no gender. Between competitions, she excels at school, speaks three languages fluently, and still finds time to draw, sing Taylor Swift, and passionately follow every F1 Grand Prix.

Marcella embodies the new generation of sport: talented, connected and resolutely forward-looking. Charismatic, cheerful and at ease in front of the camera, she handles the steering wheel as well as storytelling.

My story

My name is Marcella Assumpção, I'm 12 years old and I'm a professional karting driver. My passion began in 2019, during a visit to a circuit with my family. From my first lap, I knew I had found my place. Since then, I've never let go of the wheel, even when I had to take a break due to an autoimmune disease and after a big accident.

Every challenge has made me stronger. Today, I fight on the track in every race, often as the only girl in my category, to show that girls have just as much a place in motorsport as boys.

My dream : to become a driver in the biggest categories of motorsport and to inspire other young girls to believe in themselves, as I believe in myself.
